Join LILT as an AI Training Contributor to support the development of advanced language technologies. You will evaluate prompts, correct text, and analyze multimedia content to ensure AI outputs are accurate, clear, and culturally appropriate for Japanese audiences.
This position operates on a flexible schedule with no fixed hours, allowing you to work as much or as little as desired. It is best suited as a supplemental income source rather than a full-time job, requiring consistent quality and adherence to detailed guidelines.
What you'll do
- Evaluate prompts and AI-generated outputs for quality and relevance
- Review and correct text while ensuring cultural appropriateness
- Analyze multimedia content including audio and video materials
- Provide concise, structured annotations for model improvement
- Apply evaluation guidelines consistently during calibration processes
- Identify issues such as translation errors or visual artefacts
What you'll need
- Native fluency in Japanese
- Strong command of English
- Ability to follow detailed guidelines accurately
- High attention to detail and analytical skills
- Comfortable working with textual and audio/video content
- Reliable availability for at least 10 hours per week
Nice to have
- Experience as an AI reviewer, annotator, or evaluator
- Familiarity with local cultural norms and market expectations
