Join LILT as an AI Training Contributor to help refine language models by evaluating prompts and outputs in Khmer. You will apply local cultural insights to ensure accuracy, clarity, and appropriateness across text, audio, and video tasks. This position offers the freedom to choose your own schedule while contributing to global AI development.
What you'll do
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and cultural fit
- Review and correct text, audio, and video content
- Provide structured annotations to improve model performance
- Identify visual artifacts, translation errors, or style inconsistencies
- Participate in calibration and quality assurance processes
What you'll need
- Native fluency in Khmer
- Strong command of English
- Ability to follow detailed guidelines consistently
- High attention to detail and analytical skills
- Comfortable working with textual and multimedia materials
- Reliable availability for at least 10 hours per week
Nice to have
- Previous experience as an AI reviewer or annotator
- Familiarity with evaluation guidelines and QA processes
