This position is designed for individuals seeking supplemental income with flexible scheduling. You will work independently on diverse projects, applying local insights to improve how AI systems communicate in Lithuanian.
What you'll do
- Evaluate AI-generated text and multimedia outputs for quality
- Create culturally appropriate content based on local norms
- Identify errors such as translation mistakes or visual artifacts
- Provide structured annotations to support model improvement
- Follow evaluation guidelines and participate in QA calibration
What you'll need
- Native fluency in Lithuanian
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Ability to work with text, audio, and video materials
- High attention to detail and consistent judgment
- Reliable availability for at least 10 hours per week
Nice to have
- Previous experience as an AI reviewer or annotator
- Familiarity with annotation platforms like SuperAnnotate
How you'll work
- Independent contractor status (1099)
- Fully remote with no fixed hours
- Minimum commitment of 2 hours daily or 10 hours weekly
