Join LILT as an AI Training Contributor to help refine artificial intelligence systems through human evaluation. You will assess prompts, correct text, and analyze multimedia content while applying local cultural insights. This position is designed for individuals seeking flexible, project-based work rather than a full-time career.
What you'll do
- Evaluate prompts and AI-generated outputs for accuracy and clarity
- Review and correct text with attention to cultural appropriateness
- Analyze multimedia content including audio and video materials
- Provide structured annotations to support model improvement
- Apply evaluation guidelines consistently during calibration processes
What you'll need
- Native fluency in Marathi
- Strong command of English
- Ability to follow detailed guidelines and provide clear feedback
- High attention to detail for categorizing content accurately
- Comfortable working with textual and audio/video materials
- Reliable availability for at least 10 hours per week
Nice to have
- Experience as an AI reviewer, annotator, or evaluator
