Join LILT as an AI Training Contributor to support the development of advanced language technologies. You will evaluate prompts, correct text, and analyze multimedia content to ensure AI outputs are accurate, clear, and culturally appropriate for Russian-speaking audiences.
This position operates on a flexible schedule with no fixed hours, allowing you to work as much or as little as desired. It is best suited as a supplemental income stream rather than a primary full-time job, requiring reliable availability for assigned tasks.
What you'll do
- Evaluate prompts and AI-generated outputs for quality and relevance
- Review and correct text while analyzing multimedia content
- Contribute voice recordings when required by specific tasks
- Apply local insight to ensure cultural appropriateness and tone
- Identify issues like translation errors or visual artefacts
- Provide structured annotations to help improve AI models
- Participate in calibration and QA processes for consistent scoring
What you'll need
- Native fluency in Russian
- Strong command of English
- Ability to follow detailed guidelines consistently
- High attention to detail and accurate categorization skills
- Comfortable working with textual and audio/video materials
- Reliable availability for minimum task commitments
- Experience as an AI reviewer or annotator is preferred
How you'll work
- Fully remote independent contractor role
