Join LILT as an AI Training Contributor to help refine language technology through human review. You will evaluate prompts, correct text, and analyze multimedia content using your native Sepedi fluency and cultural insight. This position operates on a flexible schedule, allowing you to choose when and how much you work.
What you'll do
- Evaluate prompts and AI-generated outputs for quality
- Review and correct text for accuracy and clarity
- Analyze multimedia content including audio and video
- Contribute voice recordings when required by tasks
- Provide structured annotations for model improvement
- Apply local cultural context to content assessment
- Participate in calibration and QA processes
What you'll need
- Native fluency in Sepedi
- Strong command of English
- Ability to follow detailed guidelines consistently
- High attention to detail and analytical skills
- Comfortable working with text and multimedia
- Reliable availability for minimum 10 hours per week
- Experience as AI reviewer or annotator preferred
How you'll work
- Fully remote location
- Independent contractor status (1099)
- No fixed hours or micromanagement
- Minimum 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week
- Not suitable as primary full-time income
- Contractors responsible for own taxes
