Join LILT as an AI Training Contributor to support the development of advanced language technologies. You will evaluate prompts, correct text, and analyze multimedia content, applying your native Serbian cultural knowledge to ensure AI outputs are accurate and appropriate.
This position operates on a flexible schedule with no fixed hours, allowing you to work as much or as little as desired. It is best suited as a supplemental income source rather than a full-time job, requiring reliable availability for assigned tasks.
What you'll do
- Evaluate prompts and AI-generated outputs for quality and relevance
- Review and correct text while analyzing multimedia content
- Contribute voice recordings and generate original content when needed
- Ensure cultural appropriateness, tone, and market fit in deliverables
- Identify issues like visual artefacts, translation errors, or style inconsistencies
- Provide structured annotations to directly improve model performance
- Participate in calibration and QA processes to maintain scoring standards
What you'll need
- Native fluency in Serbian
- Strong command of English
- Ability to follow detailed guidelines consistently
- High attention to detail and accurate content categorization
- Comfortable working with textual, audio, and video materials
- Reliable availability for minimum 2 hours daily or 10 hours weekly

- Experience as an AI reviewer, annotator, or evaluator
