Join LILT as an AI Training Contributor to help refine how machines understand and generate Spanish. You will assess prompts, correct outputs, and provide structured annotations based on cultural nuance and accuracy. What you'll do
- Evaluate AI-generated text, audio, and video for quality and relevance
- Apply local cultural insights to ensure tone and symbolism are appropriate
- Identify errors such as translation mistakes or visual artefacts
- Provide concise, structured annotations to support model improvement
- Participate in calibration sessions to maintain consistent scoring standards
What you'll need
- Native fluency in Spanish with strong understanding of Latin American context
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Ability to follow detailed guidelines and provide clear feedback
- High attention to detail for accurate content categorization
- Comfortable working with both textual and multimedia materials
- Availability for at least 10 hours per week or 2 hours daily
Nice to have
- Previous experience as an AI reviewer, annotator, or evaluator
