Join LILT as an AI Training Contributor to help refine language models by assessing prompts, correcting text, and analyzing multimedia. You will apply local cultural insights to ensure outputs are accurate, clear, and appropriate for the US Spanish-speaking market.
What you'll do
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and clarity
- Review and correct text based on local cultural norms
- Analyze multimedia content for visual or audio issues
- Provide structured annotations to improve model performance
- Participate in calibration and quality assurance processes
What you'll need
- Native fluency in Spanish (US)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to follow detailed guidelines consistently
- Comfortable working with text, audio, and video materials
- Reliable availability for at least 10 hours per week
Nice to have
- Previous experience as an AI reviewer or annotator
- Familiarity with SuperAnnotate platform
How you'll work
- Fully remote position
- Independent contractor status (1099)
- Flexible hours with no fixed schedule
- Minimum commitment of 10 hours per week
