Join LILT as an AI Training Contributor to help improve language models through detailed evaluation and annotation. You will assess prompts, correct outputs, and ensure cultural relevance across various media types.
This position is designed for supplemental income with flexible scheduling, allowing you to work when it suits you best while contributing to global AI development.
What you'll do
- Evaluate prompts and AI-generated outputs for quality
- Review and correct text and multimedia content
- Contribute voice recordings when needed
- Ensure cultural appropriateness and brand alignment
- Provide structured annotations for model improvement
- Participate in calibration and QA processes
What you'll need
- Native fluency in Thai
- Strong command of English
- Ability to follow detailed guidelines consistently
- High attention to detail and analytical skills
- Comfortable working with text, audio, and video
- Reliable availability for minimum 10 hours per week
Nice to have
- Experience as an AI reviewer or annotator
- Familiarity with evaluation guidelines
How you'll work
- Fully remote position
- Independent contractor status (1099)
- No fixed hours or micromanagement
- Not suitable as primary full-time income
- Minimum commitment of 2 hours daily or 10 weekly
