Join LILT as an AI Training Contributor to help improve language technology through human evaluation. You will assess prompts, correct text, and analyze multimedia outputs to ensure they meet high standards for accuracy and cultural relevance.
This role is designed for individuals seeking supplemental income rather than full-time employment. You will work as an independent contractor, choosing your own hours while contributing to projects that shape how humans and machines communicate globally.
What you'll do
- Evaluate prompts and AI-generated outputs for quality and accuracy
- Review and correct text to ensure cultural appropriateness
- Analyze multimedia content including audio and video materials
- Provide concise, structured annotations for model improvement
- Apply evaluation guidelines consistently during calibration processes
- Identify issues such as translation errors or visual artefacts
What you'll need
- Native fluency in Ukrainian
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Ability to follow detailed guidelines and provide clear feedback
- High attention to detail for accurate content categorization
- Comfortable working with both textual and audio/video formats
- Reliable availability for at least 10 hours per week
Nice to have
- Previous experience as an AI reviewer or annotator
- Background in linguistics or subject matter expertise
How you'll work
- Fully remote position with no fixed hours
- Independent contractor status (1099 equivalent)
- Minimum commitment of 2 hours daily or 10 hours weekly
- Not suitable as a primary source of income
