Join LILT as an AI Training Contributor to help improve language technology by reviewing prompts, correcting text, and analyzing multimedia. You will apply local cultural insights to ensure accuracy and appropriateness in AI outputs.
This position operates on a flexible schedule with no fixed hours, allowing you to work when it suits you best. It is designed as a supplemental income stream rather than a full-time job.
What you'll do
- Evaluate prompts and AI-generated outputs for quality and relevance
- Review and correct text while ensuring cultural appropriateness
- Analyze multimedia content including audio and video materials
- Contribute voice recordings and generate original content when needed
- Provide structured annotations to support model improvement
- Participate in calibration and QA processes to maintain scoring standards
What you'll need
- Fluent speaker of Uyghur with strong local cultural understanding
- Strong command of English for communication and guidelines
- Comfortable working with textual, audio, and video materials
- Ability to follow detailed guidelines and provide clear feedback
- Reliable availability for at least 10 hours per week
- Capable of delivering quality work on time without supervision
How you'll work
- Fully remote independent contractor position (1099)
- No fixed hours or mandatory check-ins
- Minimum commitment of 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week
