Praecipio is an Atlassian consultancy with a growing AI practice. As an AI Transformation Lead, you will address the organizational challenges that often cause enterprise AI investments to fail. You will lead client engagements focused on org design and governance while simultaneously architecting Praecipio's own agentic operating model.
This role involves turning engagement insights into repeatable methodologies. You will work as a peer to strategy and engineering leads, building the frameworks necessary for successful AI adoption in both client environments and internal operations.
