Join an established e-commerce business scaling its presence on major marketplaces. This position combines workflow automation, AI-powered creative production, and customer service technology to streamline operations. You will build practical AI agents and maintain automated processes that support product expansion and internal efficiency.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain automations using Make.com and Microsoft Power Automate
- Integrate AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini into business workflows
- Configure Zendesk knowledge bases, macros, triggers, and AI features
- Test AI responses for accuracy, tone, and proper escalation logic
- Create documentation for all production workflows and failure handling
- Coordinate with marketplace specialists for Amazon and Walmart tasks
- Automate reporting and document handling within Microsoft 365 apps
What you'll need
- Hands-on experience with Make.com, Power Automate, n8n, or Zapier
- Practical experience with OpenAI, Google AI Studio, or Claude
- Direct Zendesk experience or similar ticketing platform administration
- Ability to translate manual SOPs into reliable automated workflows
- Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, and JSON integrations
- Strong English communication and documentation skills
- Willingness to overlap 3-4 hours daily with US Pacific Time
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or Walmart Seller Center
- Experience automating workflows in Outlook, Excel, or SharePoint
- Basic Python or scripting familiarity
- Interest in furniture, home products, or interior design
- Experience with AI-generated images or video content
