This role involves leading strategic planning processes for various clients and facilitating discovery sessions with decision-makers. You will analyze markets, competition, and consumer behavior to identify business opportunities and build data-backed strategic hypotheses.
The position requires translating complex information into clear, actionable recommendations and managing multiple projects simultaneously. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and use AI tools to enhance analysis while maintaining critical judgment.
What you'll do
- Llead complete strategic planning processes for diverse clients
- Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops with entrepreneurs
- Analyze organizations, markets, and consumer behavior for opportunities
- Build strategic hypotheses supported by research and analysis
- Create and present strategic deliverables and roadmaps
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
- Manage four to five projects simultaneously with depth
- Use AI tools to enhance analysis with critical judgment
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for strategy execution
What you'll need
- At least three years in strategic planning or consulting
- Experience facilitating workshops or strategic sessions
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand business context before proposing solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Gama, or similar tools
- High emotional intelligence and active listening abilities
- Experience using AI tools with analytical criteria
- Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related fields
How you'll work
- One hundred percent onsite in Guadalajara
- Monday to Friday from eight to eighteen hours
