Join a small team of three analytics engineers responsible for LangChain’s end-to-end data stack. You will connect diverse data sources into a BigQuery warehouse and build scalable models that empower business teams to diagnose issues and uncover opportunities.
The company provides foundation tools for agent engineering, serving millions of developers and major enterprises. Your work will directly influence strategic decision-making by surfacing insights on customer health, adoption, and revenue.
What you'll do
- Build scalable dbt models to power a self-serve analytics experience
- Connect data from sources like Salesforce and Stripe into BigQuery
- Create dashboards to track progress against company goals and KPIs
- Analyze product usage and operational data for customer health insights
- Leverage business metrics to drive alignment and strategic decisions
What you'll need
- At least three years of experience in analytics or data engineering
- Proficiency with BigQuery, dbt, Hex, Fivetran, and Segment
- Ability to synthesize findings effectively from complex data sets
- Strong business sense to anticipate needs and generate insights
- Self-directed approach suitable for fast-paced, unstructured environments
