Join the Customer Experience team at Polymarket, the world's largest prediction market platform. You will own the data infrastructure for CX, building models and pipelines that transform raw support data into trusted resources. This role requires making foundational decisions on how data is structured and sourced to support high-volume operations involving withdrawals, KYC, and market resolutions.
What you'll do
- Design and maintain dbt data models for ticketing, KYC, and withdrawal workflows
- Integrate data from Decagon, CRM systems, and WFM tools into the cloud warehouse
- Build data quality tests, monitoring, and documentation to ensure trust
- Define shared metrics in the semantic layer for consistent calculation across teams
- Create dashboards and self-serve datasets for operational questions
- Identify recurring failure patterns and document findings for internal stakeholders
- Partner with central data engineering on pipelines and governance
What you'll need
- 5+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or related data roles
- Expert SQL skills and strong hands-on experience with dbt
- Experience with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift
- Proficiency with data ingestion tools such as Fivetran or Airbyte
- Working knowledge of Python
- Strong data modeling fundamentals and experience building usable systems
- Ability to diagnose complex issues and communicate clearly to non-technical staff
- Track record of improving documentation and process guides
Nice to have
- Prior experience with customer support, CRM, or trust and safety data
- Experience influencing product or policy decisions using CX data
- Familiarity with on-chain data or crypto transaction flows
