As Analytics Engineering Manager, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for building robust data pipelines and analytical models that drive business decisions across product, marketing, and operations.
What you'll do
- Lead and mentor a team of analytics engineers building data pipelines
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Growth to deliver scalable data solutions
- Establish data best practices, governance, and quality standards
- Design and optimize data analytics infrastructure for reliability
- Oversee project prioritization and stakeholder communication
What you'll need
- 7+ years in data engineering, analytics engineering, or BI
- At least 2 years in technical leadership or management
- Advanced expertise in SQL, Databricks, and dbt
- Experience architecting data transformation pipelines in cloud environments
- Strong understanding of data modeling, testing, and documentation
- Track record of collaborating with multiple stakeholders
