Join BJAK as an Android Engineer to develop the native experience for their AI Neobank application. You will transform complex financial processes into smooth, reliable mobile interfaces for users across Southeast Asia.

What you'll do
- Build native Android features for onboarding, payments, and AI journeys
- Simplify complex financial flows into fast mobile experiences
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams on feature delivery
- Monitor app quality including performance, crash rates, and stability
- Use analytics and feedback to refine features after launch
- Integrate APIs and secure data handling for financial workflows
What you'll need
- Strong native Android development experience with Kotlin
- Proven track record of shipping apps used by real customers
- Deep knowledge of Android architecture, Jetpack, Coroutines, and Flow
- Strong product sense with focus on UX beyond just screens
- Ability to debug production issues and optimize performance
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced startup environments
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration
