You will develop native Android features for onboarding, payments, and AI-assisted journeys within BJAK's finance platform. The team focuses on turning complex financial flows into simple, high-performance mobile experiences used by real customers across Southeast Asia.
What you'll do
- Build native Android features for accounts, payments, and rewards
- Transform complex financial flows into simple mobile experiences
- Collaborate with product, design, and AI engineers on feature delivery
- Maintain app quality regarding performance, crashes, and stability
- Use analytics and feedback to improve features post-launch
- Integrate APIs and secure data handling for financial workflows
What you'll need
- Strong native Android development experience using Kotlin
- Proven track record of shipping apps to real users
- Knowledge of Android architecture, Jetpack, Coroutines, and Flow
- Strong product sense and focus on user experience
- Ability to debug production issues and optimize performance
- Comfortable working with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- Must be currently based in Australia
- Strong English communication skills
