Join BJAK's global team to develop the Android application for their AI-driven finance platform. You will transform complex financial processes into smooth, high-performance mobile experiences for users across Southeast Asia.
The position requires close collaboration with product, design, and engineering teams to ship features from concept to production. You will own app quality, focusing on performance, stability, and user feedback.
What you'll do
- Build native Android features for payments, accounts, and AI-assisted journeys
- Translate complex financial flows into simple and fast mobile experiences
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to ship features
- Monitor and improve app performance, crash rates, and stability
- Use analytics and user feedback to refine features after launch
- Integrate APIs and handle secure data for financial workflows
What you'll need
- Strong native Android development experience using Kotlin
- Proven track record of shipping apps used by real customers
- Deep knowledge of Android architecture, Jetpack, Coroutines, and Flow
- Strong product sense with a focus on user experience
- Ability to debug production issues and optimize performance
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced startup environments
- Fluent English communication skills for global team collaboration
