You will develop native Android features for onboarding, payments, and AI-assisted journeys within BJAK's finance platform. The team focuses on turning complex financial flows into simple, high-performance mobile experiences used by real customers across Southeast Asia.
What you'll do
- Build native Android features for accounts, cards, payments, and rewards
- Transform complex financial flows into simple and reliable mobile experiences
- Collaborate with product, design, backend, and AI engineers on feature delivery
- Maintain app quality regarding performance, crash rates, and stability
- Use analytics and user feedback to improve features post-launch
- Integrate APIs and handle secure data for financial workflows
What you'll need
- Strong native Android development experience using Kotlin
- Proven track record of shipping apps used by real users
- Deep understanding of Android architecture, Jetpack, Coroutines, and Flow
- Strong product sense with focus on UX beyond just implementing screens
- Ability to debug production issues and optimize app performance
- Comfortable working with ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment
- Fluent English communication skills for global team collaboration
