Join BJAK, a leading insurance and fintech platform in Southeast Asia, as an Android Developer for their new AI Finance Agent. You will build native features for onboarding, payments, and AI-assisted journeys, focusing on clean user flows and high performance.

What you'll do
- Build native Android features for accounts, payments, transfers, and rewards
- Transform complex financial workflows into simple and reliable mobile experiences
- Collaborate with product, design, backend, and AI teams to ship features
- Own app quality including performance, crash rates, and release stability
- Use analytics and customer feedback to iterate on features post-launch
- Integrate APIs and handle secure data within financial workflows
What you'll need
- Strong native Android development experience using Kotlin
- Proven track record of shipping apps used by real customers
- Deep knowledge of Android architecture, Jetpack, Coroutines, and Flow
- Strong product sense with a focus on UX beyond just implementing tickets
- Ability to debug production issues and optimize app performance
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and moving quickly in a startup
- Fluent English communication skills for global team collaboration
