What you'll do
- Build and ship Android features using Kotlin for insurance and payments
- Create clean mobile flows for claims, renewals and financial services
- Collaborate with product and design to simplify complex user journeys
- Integrate backend APIs ensuring stability, security and reliability
- Optimize app performance, crash rates and memory usage
- Use analytics and production data to drive product improvements
- Implement AI-assisted experiences where they add genuine value
What you'll need
- 3+ years of Android development experience using Kotlin
- Strong fundamentals and history of shipping production apps
- Proficiency with Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow and modern architecture
- Solid understanding of mobile UX, usability and edge cases
- Experience integrating REST APIs and debugging production issues
- Fast execution style with high ownership and quality focus
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration
Nice to have
- Portfolio with app links, GitHub repos or screenshots of shipped work
- Experience with TensorFlow Lite for on-device inference
- Background in simplifying complex financial products
