Join the accounting team of an established Midwest facility and home services provider. This role focuses on clearing backlogs and managing daily bill entry using ServiceTitan and Sage Intacct, with training provided for the specific software stack.
What you'll do
- Process approximately 100 bills daily into ServiceTitan and Sage Intacct
- Perform two-way and three-way purchase order matching
- Investigate and resolve pricing or line-item discrepancies
- Manage vendor relations and employee reimbursements
- Maintain high accuracy while handling heavy workload volumes
What you'll need
- Minimum two years of dedicated Accounts Payable experience
- Proven track record processing high-volume bills with precision
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and GL coding
- High proficiency in MS Excel and general ERP platforms
- Availability to work US Central Time during initial onboarding
- Seeking a long-term career opportunity
Nice to have
- Experience with ServiceTitan, Sage Intacct, or RAMP
- Background in field services, construction, or trade industries
- Knowledge of multi-entity job-costing accounting
- History of driving AP process improvements or automation
