We are seeking an experienced Appian Developer to design and configure complex enterprise solutions. You will work with SAIL interfaces, process models, and records while ensuring secure integrations and optimal performance.
What you'll do
- Develop enterprise apps using Appian components like SAIL and Process Models
- Design secure integrations via RESTful APIs and authentication patterns
- Perform SQL data modeling and relational database design
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Explore AI technologies and Appian AI integration opportunities
What you'll need
- U.S. Citizenship is mandatory for federal contract compliance
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Engineering or equivalent experience
- Five years of professional technical experience
- Three plus years of hands-on Appian development (v17.x or higher)
- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases
Nice to have
- Appian Certified Associate, Senior, or Lead Developer designation
- Knowledge of federal IT compliance such as FISMA and NIST
- Experience with Section 508 accessibility standards
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive approach to obtaining higher-level certifications
