Join the Infrastructure, Platforms & Operations team as a Senior Application Developer to build and maintain scalable APIs for multiple business lines. You will advocate for enterprise API management platforms and promote Service-Oriented Architecture best practices across the organization.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable APIs and microservices
- Enable internal developers to adopt SOA best practices and code reuse
- Collaborate with architects and analysts to align tech with business strategy
- Participate in operational support rotations to resolve integration issues
- Engage in Agile processes including sprint planning and code reviews
What you'll need
- Minimum 5 years of experience in programming and software design
- Deep knowledge of Service-Oriented Architecture and Microservices
- Hands-on experience with major API gateway technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Must be a U.S. Citizen able to clear background checks
Nice to have
- Experience in financial services or regulated environments
- Background supporting distributed architectures in cloud settings
