You will design and deploy agentic workflows, handling integrations and production builds for both client projects and internal tools. This position bridges the gap between architectural definition and user adoption, requiring you to make new systems exist through hands-on execution.
The team operates as practitioners who prove concepts internally before applying them to client engagements. You will collaborate with clients directly, shipping solutions alongside them while refining shared methodologies based on real-world implementation experience.
What you'll do
- Design and build agentic systems for enterprise workflow deployments
- Develop internal agentic workflows for delivery, sales, and operations
- Support advisory engagements by executing hands-on builds with clients
- Integrate lessons learned from builds into shared practice patterns
What you'll need
- Minimum seven years of software engineering experience
- Proficiency in DevOps, QA, and Linux/Unix system administration
- Strong understanding of REST, SOAP, and other API interactions
- At least two years of experience with ETL processes or data platforms
- Ability to manage repositories on Git platforms like GitHub or GitLab
- Proven experience creating software using coding agents like Claude Code
- Experience maintaining ongoing projects with multiple contributors
- Background in professional services or client-facing technical roles
