You will build AI agents, tools, and automations that solve real problems in customer support, operations, and product intelligence. This is a production-focused engineering role where you apply LLMs, retrieval, and guardrails to practical financial workflows.
The team works to turn manual processes into reliable, scalable AI-enabled systems. You will collaborate with product and engineering groups to identify high-value opportunities and ship working solutions quickly.
What you'll do
- Build AI agents and workflows to automate customer and operational tasks
- Apply LLMs, retrieval, and tool calling to financial service workflows
- Create AI-assisted experiences for onboarding, KYC, and support
- Design systems considering accuracy, latency, cost, and security constraints
- Collaborate with product teams to identify and build high-impact features
- Convert manual processes into scalable, reliable AI-enabled systems
What you'll need
- Hands-on engineering experience building AI agents or LLM applications
- Strong coding skills in Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript
- Experience with RAG systems, automation workflows, or copilots
- Ability to ship working systems and improve reliability over time
- Strong judgment on what processes should be automated
- Fluent English communication skills for global team collaboration
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, banking, or insurance sectors
- Background in support automation, risk, or fraud detection
- Knowledge of KYC, CRM, or operations automation
