Join BJAK as an Applied AI Engineer to develop practical AI solutions for their AI Finance Agent. You will transform manual processes into scalable, automated systems across customer support, claims, and operations. What you'll do
- Build AI-powered workflows, assistants, and automation systems
- Apply AI to support, CRM, onboarding, claims, and payments
- Integrate LLMs with internal data, APIs, and knowledge bases
- Design evaluation and monitoring flows for safe AI outputs
- Prototype quickly and productionize successful tests
- Collaborate with product teams to scale AI-native systems
What you'll need
- Strong software engineering background with Python
- Experience building with LLM APIs, agents, and RAG
- Ability to connect AI systems with operational workflows
- Understanding of AI evaluation, latency, and privacy
- Strong English communication skills
- Must be currently based in the Netherlands
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech or insurance sectors
