You will join BJAK to develop practical AI solutions that automate real business processes rather than conducting pure research. The team works on integrating AI into customer support, claims, payments, and internal operations to improve efficiency and user experience.
This position requires building scalable systems that connect LLMs with internal data and APIs. You will design evaluation and monitoring flows to ensure reliability while prototyping and shipping features quickly.
What you'll do
- Build AI-powered workflows, assistants, agents, and automation systems
- Apply AI to customer support, CRM, onboarding, claims, and payments
- Integrate LLMs with internal data, APIs, documents, and business systems
- Design evaluation, monitoring, and fallback flows for safe AI outputs
- Prototype solutions quickly and productionize successful tests
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to scale AI-native systems
What you'll need
- Strong software engineering foundation with Python and backend systems
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, agents, RAG, and workflow automation
- Ability to connect AI systems with real product and operational workflows
- Understanding of evaluation, accuracy, latency, cost, and privacy
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration
- Must be currently based in Vietnam
