You will join BJAK to develop practical AI solutions that automate real business processes rather than conducting pure research. The team works on integrating AI into customer support, claims, payments, and internal operations to improve efficiency and user experience.
This position requires building reliable agents and workflows that connect with existing data and APIs. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to prototype, test, and productionize systems that deliver measurable value.
What you'll do
- Build AI-powered workflows, assistants, and automation systems
- Apply AI to support, CRM, onboarding, claims, and payments
- Integrate LLMs with internal data, APIs, and knowledge bases
- Design evaluation and monitoring flows for safe AI outputs
- Prototype quickly and productionize successful tests
- Transform manual processes into scalable AI-native systems
What you'll need
- Strong software engineering background with Python
- Experience building with LLM APIs, agents, and RAG
- Ability to connect AI systems with operational workflows
- Understanding of evaluation, latency, cost, and privacy
- Strong English communication skills required
- Must be currently based in Indonesia
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech or insurance sectors
- Background in support or operations automation
