You will build AI-powered assistants and automation systems that integrate with customer support, CRM, claims, and operations. The goal is to turn manual processes into scalable, reliable AI-native workflows that improve speed and consistency for users and internal teams.
This is a production-focused engineering role rather than pure research. You will prototype quickly, test with real users, and implement guardrails to ensure safety and accuracy in financial services contexts.
What you'll do
- Build AI-powered workflows, agents, and automation systems for financial services
- Apply AI to customer support, CRM, onboarding, claims, and internal tools
- Integrate LLMs with internal data, APIs, documents, and business systems
- Design evaluation and monitoring flows to ensure safe and reliable AI outputs
- Prototype solutions quickly and productionize those that demonstrate value
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to scale AI-native systems
What you'll need
- Strong software engineering foundation with Python and backend systems
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, agents, RAG, and workflow automation
- Ability to connect AI systems with real product and operational workflows
- Understanding of evaluation metrics, latency, cost, privacy, and failure modes
- Judgement on when to use AI versus rule-based systems or human review
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration
