You will build AI-powered assistants and automation systems that integrate with customer support, CRM, claims, and operations. The goal is to turn manual processes into scalable, reliable AI-native workflows that improve speed and consistency for users and internal teams.
This is a production-focused engineering role rather than pure research. You will prototype quickly, test with real users, and implement guardrails to ensure AI outputs are safe, accurate, and useful in financial contexts.
What you'll do
- Build AI-powered workflows, agents, and automation systems for financial services
- Apply AI to customer support, CRM, onboarding, claims, and payments
- Integrate LLMs with internal data, APIs, documents, and business systems
- Design evaluation and monitoring flows to ensure safe and reliable AI outputs
- Prototype solutions quickly and productionize successful tests
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to scale AI-native systems
What you'll need
- Strong software engineering foundation with Python and backend systems
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, agents, RAG, and workflow automation
- Ability to connect AI systems with real product and operational workflows
- Understanding of evaluation metrics, latency, cost, and privacy concerns
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration
- Must be currently based in Spain
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or support automation
- Background in CRM or operations automation
- Judgement on when to use rule-based systems versus AI
