Join an applied AI lab known for creating Devin, the first AI software engineer. As an Applied AI Transformation Manager, you will act as a strategic advisor and operator for key accounts, ensuring successful implementation of agentic AI solutions. You will design operating models, track value metrics, and support large-scale deployments for enterprise clients.
What you'll do
- Identify and quantify value targets for productivity and financial impact with customer leadership
- Ensure seamless program operations and delivery in partnership with account teams
- Maintain visibility on playbook implementation, consumption, and value metrics
- Build trust through consistent delivery and strong customer relationships
- Oversee onboarding and rollout processes for thousands of engineers
- Apply analytical skills to support executives with value realization tracking
- Build centers of excellence and deliver tailored enablement programs
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
- Prior internship or full-time experience in software engineering
- 3-5 years at a top-tier strategy consulting firm
- Strong background in value targeting, realization, and technology strategy
- Proven track record in building and expanding client relationships
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous and fast-changing environments
- Demonstrated capacity to learn exceptionally quickly
Nice to have
- 2+ years of experience at a startup in a customer-facing role
- Experience in complex enterprise teams managing account growth
- Background as a software engineer, SE, or technical account manager
- Experience founding a startup or working early-stage at a high-growth company
- Ambitious mindset suited for high-intensity work environments
