You will embed with named customers to own integration projects from discovery through deployment. The work focuses on building idempotent migration pipelines, modeling accounting data, and creating internal tools to streamline recurring tasks.
What you'll do
- Own customer projects end to end including discovery, design, build, and deploy
- Build idempotent and auditable migration pipelines using Temporal
- Model and load customer accounting data into Postgres with reconciliation
- Develop internal tooling to automate recurring manual tasks
- Productize successful patterns and feed them back into the core platform
What you'll need
- At least five years of experience shipping production full stack software
- Proficiency with Django, DRF, and advanced Postgres usage
- Experience with Next.js, React, and TypeScript
- Background in durable workflows, preferably with Celery
- Direct experience scoping problems and shipping solutions for customers
- Familiarity with third party APIs, webhooks, and system reconciliation
Nice to have
- Knowledge of accounting, ERP, or fintech domains
- Previous experience in forward deployed or special projects roles
- Judgment on when to use scripts versus building full systems
