Join a highly interactive, multi-discipline team to design some of the world's most advanced data center facilities. You will independently apply advanced engineering techniques, lead small architectural teams, and collaborate with engineers to deliver comprehensive construction documents.
The role involves full-cycle architectural design, from initial layout and model creation to field construction support. You will review work for quality, manage budgets and schedules, and engage directly with clients and subcontractors to resolve technical concerns.
What you'll do
- Design advanced data center facilities and industrial manufacturing spaces
- Develop construction documents, specifications, and 3D models
- Review submittals and perform field walks to support construction
- Provide technical guidance to drafters, designers, and engineers
- Participate in developing proposals, budgets, and project schedules
- Conduct quality reviews on designs performed by other team members
- Deliver technical and business presentations to clients and employees
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited program
- Minimum 2 years of professional Architectural Design experience
- Expert proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Adobe Suite
- Knowledge of building codes for industrial facilities
- Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
- Experience managing scopes of work, budgets, and schedules
Nice to have
- Master's degree in Architecture
- Professional Architectural License valid in multiple states
- Prior experience designing data centers
- Background in industrial manufacturing facility design
