As the design authority for Evolent's finance and people systems, you will define target-state architecture and technical standards. The team is moving toward a headless experience where employees interact with AI agents rather than navigating traditional screens, while maintaining Workday as the system of record.
What you'll do
- Define target-state architecture for ERP and people systems portfolios
- Design integration patterns using REST, SOAP, and event-driven approaches
- Establish security models including role-based access and segregation of duties
