Join the Data Science & Analytics team at Jerry.ai, a profitable insurtech startup managing physical assets for over 5 million customers. You will be embedded in a core business unit such as Growth Marketing, Product Development, or AI & Automation.
Instead of creating slides, you will own execution end-to-end. Your work involves surfacing analytical insights, designing experiments, and recommending actions that directly influence product and operational strategies.
What you'll do
- Define business questions and hypotheses before starting analysis
- Build reports, run analyses, and design experiments to track metrics
- Surface data insights that drive key business metrics forward
- Present recommendations to product, growth, or finance leaders
- Own the analytical function for your embedded business unit
What you'll need
- 1+ years experience in consulting, banking, or high-growth tech
- Strong ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently
- Proficiency with SQL or Python for analytical tasks
- Track record of solving ambiguous problems with measurable impact
- Clear communication skills to influence leadership decisions
