IntusCare builds technology for coordinated elderly care models. As Associate Director of Data Product Management, you will own DataHub, a self-service data warehousing and reporting tool. Your goal is to help healthcare organizations access data intuitively for custom internal reporting.
You will drive product discovery, manage releases with engineering, and handle client escalations. This leadership position requires balancing strategic roadmap planning with day-to-day operational oversight while guiding direct reports.
What you'll do
- Own the DataHub product line and its commercial success
- Lead client discovery sessions and write product requirement documents
- Plan monthly and quarterly roadmaps with minimal supervision
- Handle client escalations and provide company-wide product updates
- Set expectations and provide feedback to direct reports
- Evaluate build versus buy options for new features
- Identify cross-product interdependencies for the broader team
What you'll need
- 6-8 years of product management experience
- 1+ year of experience managing and developing a team
- Strong technical background in data modeling and analytics
- Proficiency in SQL and JIRA
- Experience with healthcare datasets like EHR or claims data
- Ability to navigate ambiguous problem spaces and client issues
- Experience running scrum processes
