Join the Fund Operations team to ensure the accuracy and scale of Alternative Investment Funds. You will own Net Asset Value tasks for private credit and equity funds, acting as the link between external fund administrators and internal product and investment groups.
The team handles operational functions including NAV oversight, capital activity, and financial reporting. You will collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Investment Research to build institutional-grade processes as the platform expands.
What you'll do
- Execute daily fund accounting and capital activity processes with the team
- Own NAV tasks such as expense reviews, P&L verification, and reconciliations
- Process subscriptions, redemptions, distributions, and capital calls precisely
- Handle in-kind and mutual fund transfers via Fundserv
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client record accuracy
- Respond to client inquiries and prepare ad-hoc portfolio reports
- Coordinate with auditors and help prepare annual audit workpapers
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions using data or AI
- Maintain and update process documentation as operations scale
What you'll need
- 1-2 years experience in fund management or administration
- Exposure to NAV calculations, tax, audit prep, and settlement
- Experience with full fund accounting cycle and journal entries
- Strong Excel skills for handling large datasets under deadlines
- Business judgment and curiosity about fintech and alternatives
Nice to have
- SQL or other programming experience
- Progress toward or completion of CPA, CFA, CAIA, or CSC
