Join the Insurance Product team to help expand Lemonade Car into a leading global provider. You will work at the intersection of data, regulation, and customer impact, defining coverage and pricing strategies alongside experts in actuarial science and underwriting.
This position requires managing the regulatory lifecycle and launching new features for emerging customer segments. You will analyze performance metrics and market trends to ensure the product remains competitive and profitable while leveraging AI insights.
What you'll do
- Develop new car product features for emerging customer segments and channels
- Partner with Actuarial and Underwriting to define coverage and pricing
- Manage regulatory lifecycle from concept through production launch
- Analyze performance metrics to recommend data-driven growth actions
- Research competitive landscape to maintain best-in-class status
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Data teams for launches
What you'll need
- 4+ years of P&C insurance experience required
- At least 2 years in personal lines product management
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related analytical field
- Proven success in highly analytical, regulated environments
- Strong analytical skills for working with large data sets
- Clear communication skills and data-informed decision making
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
Nice to have
- Deep experience in car insurance
- SQL skills for building reports and dashboards
- Enthusiasm for AI tools and continuous learning

- Base salary range $85,000 - $107,500
