Join Chartis as an Associate Partner in the High-Reliability Care Solutions practice. You will serve as a program leader for end-to-end Epic implementations, upgrades, and optimization efforts across healthcare organizations. The role requires deep expertise in clinical compliance, regulatory affairs, quality, and patient safety while driving transformative strategies for clients.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end program delivery including scope, timeline, budget, and risk management
- Provide executive level leadership and governance alongside client C-suite leaders
- Serve as overall program leader for enterprise Epic implementations and upgrades
- Mentor junior staff and support their professional development and delivery skills
- Identify risks proactively and drive resolution with senior stakeholders
- Support client readiness through change management, training, and go-live support
What you'll need
- 12+ years of healthcare consulting or healthcare IT experience
- Deep focus and proven experience with Epic implementations
- Prior management consulting experience is strongly preferred
- Served as Project or Program Director on at least one large-scale Epic deployment
- Working knowledge of Epic implementation methodologies and core tools
- Understanding of clinical, revenue cycle, and operational workflows
- Executive presence with ability to influence C-suite and senior leadership
- Flexibility to travel as required for client engagements
