You will manage the end-to-end deployment of BRINC’s DFR ecosystem, guiding customers from sales booking to live operation. This position requires coordinating with public safety agencies, handling FAA waivers, and ensuring successful program scaling.
What you'll do
- Plan and manage the rollout of the DFR ecosystem and other solutions
- Define project milestones and manage timelines for deployment
- Build relationships with public safety customers to ensure success
- Conduct site surveys and lead customer meetings during implementation
- Coordinate FAA waivers and ensure compliance with aviation regulations
- Track performance and provide feedback to internal and external stakeholders
What you'll need
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Proactive work ethic with ability to multitask effectively
- Analytical mindset to interpret data and drive insights
- Proficiency in Google Earth mapping and Office Automation suite
- Ability to travel up to 65% of the time independently
- Reside within 1.5 hours of a major airport
Nice to have
- Operational experience with DFR or public safety drone programs
- Background as a first responder or in the public safety sector
- Technical proficiency in drone hardware and software
- Knowledge of computer networking and IT requirements
- Familiarity with the FAA waiver process
