Join ElevenLabs Productions, the managed services arm dedicated to creators and media businesses. You will combine AI audio tools with human expertise to deliver high-quality dubs, audiobooks, and voice solutions in over 15 languages.
What you'll do
- Create and iterate on custom voices for customers using various techniques
- Clean and edit audio files to ensure optimal cloning and generation quality
- Provide technical guidance and training on ElevenLabs tools and best practices
- Execute audio quality rating and labeling projects
What you'll need
- 3–5+ years of experience in audio engineering, sound design, or mixing/mastering
- Proven experience working directly with clients or creative teams
- Strong proficiency with DAWs such as Pro Tools, Reaper, Logic, or Ableton
- Deep intuition for voice characteristics, timbre, clarity, and performance nuance
- Ability to translate ambiguous customer needs into clear audio solutions
- Strong organizational discipline for time-based service models
