Join the Post Sales Systems team at ClickUp to design and maintain automation infrastructure for customer support. You will translate business workflows into scalable solutions using Zendesk, AI agents, and integration platforms. The goal is to reduce manual effort and enhance the customer experience through intelligent system design.
What you'll do
- Design Zendesk automations for ticket routing and summarization
- Develop AI workflows using custom LLM integrations and Super Agents
- Build low-code solutions with Workato or Zapier for tool connectivity
- Ensure seamless data flow between Zendesk, Salesforce, and ClickUp
- Monitor automation health and resolve issues proactively
- Create documentation and runbooks for support teams
- Experiment with emerging AI capabilities like RAG and fine-tuning
What you'll need
- 3-5+ years in systems administration or business engineering
- Admin-level proficiency with Zendesk configurations and triggers
- Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and integration platforms
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and LLM APIs
- Comfortable with JSON, SQL, or light scripting in Python/JS
- Understanding of Zendesk-to-Salesforce sync workflows
- Ability to translate business needs into technical specs
Nice to have
- Experience with ClickUp platform
- Knowledge of Maven chatbot or similar tools
- Background in GTM systems or SaaS operations
