As the Associate Principal Emerging Product Enablement Analyst, you will own the end-to-end journey of new products from early dealer signals to validated market launch. You will act as the domain analyst and commercialization champion, ensuring Sales, Support, and Partner teams are equipped to succeed.
You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to translate technical capabilities into dealer-facing value stories. Your work includes conducting dealer research, managing competitive intelligence, and executing standardized launch-readiness checks.
What you'll do
- Lead direct research with dealers to surface pain points in customer acquisition and retention
- Synthesize findings into recommendations that drive product and positioning decisions
- Maintain deep working knowledge of platform tools including embedded AI agents
