The team operates asynchronously across Europe, meeting quarterly for offsites. You will own significant parts of the backend, from design through production operation, while collaborating directly with customers to refine the product.

What you'll do

  • Design and build core backend services in Go for real-time policy evaluation.
  • Own specific platform areas end-to-end from design to production operation.
  • Build simulation and enforcement paths to block or fix non-compliant changes.
  • Engage with customers to understand real-world usage and improve the product.

What you'll need

  • Strong backend experience in a compiled, statically typed language like Go.
  • Proficient in SQL with understanding of relational and columnar data models.
  • Hands-on experience operating major clouds such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Practical knowledge of Terraform or Pulumi and infrastructure-as-code behavior.
  • Experience using AI coding tools in daily workflow with clear perspective on utility.
  • Ability to take ambiguous problems and deliver simple, effective solutions.
  • Product mindset with focus on user needs and strategic building decisions.

Nice to have

  • Background in cloud security, CSPM, CNAPP, or compliance standards.
  • Experience building policy or rule engines.
  • Knowledge of high-availability and event-driven system design.
