Join Linro as one of the first engineers to shape a platform that prevents non-compliant infrastructure changes from reaching production. You will work on a stream-first policy engine that evaluates compliance using SQL across past, present, and future states.
The team operates asynchronously across Europe, focusing on building guardrails for AI-driven development. You will own significant parts of the backend, from design through production operation, while collaborating closely with customers.
What you'll do
- Design and build core backend services in Go for real-time policy evaluation.
- Own specific platform areas end-to-end from initial design to production.
- Build simulation and enforcement paths to block or fix non-compliant changes.
- Engage with customers to understand real-world usage and improve the product.
What you'll need
- Strong backend experience in a compiled, statically typed language like Go.
- Proficiency in SQL and relational or columnar data models.
- Product mindset with the ability to define what to build, not just how.
- Ability to solve ambiguous problems by identifying simple core solutions.
- Hands-on experience operating major clouds such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Practical experience with Terraform or Pulumi for infrastructure-as-code.
- Regular use of AI coding tools with an understanding of their limitations.
Nice to have
- Background in cloud security, CSPM, CNAPP, or compliance standards.
- Experience building policy or rule engines.
