What you'll do
- Build and scale distributed systems for a high-traffic gaming marketplace
- Contribute to architectural discussions and shape team workflows
- Tackle challenges in performance, reliability, trust, and safety
- Ship features while considering end-user impact and product goals
- Collaborate with design, frontend, mobile, and data specialists
What you'll need
- 8+ years of backend engineering experience
- Strong expertise in PHP and Symfony frameworks
- Hands-on experience building and scaling distributed systems
- Familiarity with patterns like CQRS, circuit breaking, and service orchestration
- Ability to take ownership and solve problems quickly
- Openness to feedback and collaborative improvement
